Cancel any time. Refunds without a fight.

Cancelling

• Cancel whenever you like, from Settings → Subscription in the app, or from the link in any receipt email.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the month you already paid for.
• There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
• Everything stored on your Mac stays there after you cancel.

Refunds

• If Review Master is not for you, ask within 14 days of a charge and we refund that charge. You do not have to give a reason.
• That covers your first payment and any renewal: if a renewal went through that you did not want, tell us within 14 days.
• After a refund the subscription ends and the features that need it stop working.
• Charges older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law gives you that right.

How to ask

Write to support@reviewmaster.dev from the email address you subscribed with, or reply to your receipt. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through our reseller Paddle, and usually arrive within a few business days depending on your bank.

If something went wrong with a payment

Charged twice, or charged after cancelling? Write to us first. We fix billing mistakes whatever their age, and it is faster than a dispute with your bank.

This policy adds to the rights you have under the law where you live; it does not replace them.
